GENERAL DISCUSSION

A gang of runaways and war orphans wander in the countryside in search of food and shelter. They are eventually taken in by a musician and former concert pianist who’s hiding out in a ruined castle. After their initial conflict, the gang accepts to be advised by the old musician. He, in turn, wins their respect by offering protection and guidance.
As disgruntled townsfolk begins chasing away the gang, a battle errupts and culminates with the death of a little boy.
